Free local pick up within Wanaka
NZ Nationwide shipping $8
Rural shipping $10

All bookends orders incur a flat rate large item shipping fee of $10 

Standard and rural orders - placed before 10am will be shipped overnight on the same day. 

Local Pick Up - this service runs from Monday - Friday. If you need something on the weekend or during the holidays then please email us or contact us on instagram so we can arrange pick up for you. 

Shipping to Australia:

Due to COVID 19 shipping cost increases and significant delays we have put our Australian shipping service on hold until restrictions ease between NZ and Australia. If you do wish to purchase and are happy to accept these delays please email us on hello@booketybookbooks.co.nz. 

All of our packaging is sustainable and can be added to your home compost. If you don't have a home compost all cardboard can be recycled, the tissues and cellophane bag will still break down in the dreaded landfill.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to tissue wrap our sale items during peak sale periods unless these are purchased with a gift card.

Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on all full priced items. No returns or exchanges on sale items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@booketybookbooks.co.nz. Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
We ensure that our packaging will do it's best to protect your book while it makes it's way to you but accidents do happen so please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received we will organise the exchange with you, including any partial refunds on extra costs. All exchange shipping will be at your own cost.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
